Refund and Returns Policy

When you buy our original art work and hand painted products…

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO RETURNS.

We only replace items if they are damaged during shipment. If your art arrives damaged, please send an email to gmmixedmedia@yahoo.com with photos of your damaged goods attached. Replacements will not be made for artwork damaged by the recipient.

Refunds from Printful

We use Printful to make many of our products and prints. You order their products with our images through our website. However, they ship the items to you. Their return policy is what will have to be followed on their items. We are including a screenshot and link to it from here. Be advised that we also don’t offer buyer’s remorse refunds. If the size is wrong then you can contact us at creativecommunityconsulting@outlook.com and we’ll advise of the return shipping costs, fees, etc.

We cannot provide you with a guarantee on return acceptance through them and we cannot incur additional costs if the size is incorrect. We make every effort to choose products that are consistent in size and design.

If a product from them is faulty we will work with you to replace the item.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at creativecommunityconsulting@outlook.com.

Shipping returns

To return your product please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, for a Printful product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
